That particular one? Ehh. In general? YES
It looks great! As I understand it, Lunar Goddess Diana is already her lunar revel skin, but I certainly wouldn't mind seeing something this nice in game.

she has to, honestly, last Diana skin was kinda girlish, Dark valkyrie is the best still, blood moon would be badass on her

The weapon throws it off, her weapons is a very distinct type of curved sword. The only replacement you could get away with thematically would be an actual scythe, which this concept art calls for imo.
Makes natural sense.
But I'd prefer if she was using her signature Khopsickle

While some champions might celebrate and worship the bloodmoon, Diana is not one of those champions. She isn't just some worshipper of the moon, she's the Lunar Goddess.
Too cool, would have to buy.
I wouldn't expect any blood moon skin any time soon as the 5 champion team is complete. Rarely Riot goes over a meta 5 man team sharing a themed skin. Pool party, pentakill, comando,hextech,vandal,warring kingdoms, the only exception so far are battlecast (that has 6) and riot (that has also 6)

I dominated the rift with her during URF. once i got lichbane pre nerf the other team was crying. The fact is her classic skin is so much cooler than anything being offered.This opportunity is to sweet to pass up.DO it RIOT DAMMIT please.

That is very nice art. Put a little more curve on that katana for some moon "flare" and it's perfect.

anyways, i'll just list the same reason last time...
There is already a meta team of 5 with the blood moon skin series, making more would render options and more skins from copy paste designs. for example, we know so far that all Victorious skins have Gold, blue, and (I think) Silver. blood moon is White, Black, and red...
not to mention, riot doesnt always go for the most obvious skins... for example, Redeemed Morgana/Corrupted Kayle, or Lunar Leona/Solar Diana.
Its about as obvious as the league being a competitive game
