W: Shoe alternates between three types of shoes, Tennis Shoes, Business Casual Shoes, and Flip Flops or something Switch cooldown: 1s Tennis Shoes: He likes to run in these MS buff 6/7/8/9/10% Business Casual: He likes to conduct business in these Tenacity buff 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% Flip Flops: He likes to relax in these or something Health Regen out of combat 1/2/3/4/5% Missing Health

E: Shoe kicks his foe dealing a shared damage of 100/125/150/175/200(+5%) of his max health to an enemy or something. Each shoe causes this ability to have a different effect Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4s Range: 300 Flip flop range:450 Tennis Shoe: Slows the target by 20/30/40/50/65% Business Casual: Roots target for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds (Will not root the same target within 10 seconds) Flip Flops: Shoe's flip flop gains extended range

R: Shoe takes the laces out of his shoe and slings it in an arc (Width:500/525/550) all enemies hit become tangled in a shoestring becoming disarmed and taking 100/150/200(0.3 AD) Physical damage or something (Disarm duration 1.5 all ranks)
