Pool Party Bard with drawing NOT SPLASH ART

So Here is my poor illustration of pool part Bard. I cant do splash art is here it is 2D on paper! Bard is wearing a snorkel and a grey shower cap He is meant to have red water wings and blue swimming gloves. Bard here is wearing a orange-white striped swimsuit I didn't think too much about the colors since I got the gist of the illustration down already. Bard is followed by swimming ducks whom take the place of meeps. Bard's Horn is replaces with a gold megaphone that has a red-white beach ball in it and shoots out a large gush of water for his Q. For his W himself and anyone who walks in it could be a duck or a sailboat of some kind, entrances are Life preservers connected by water. Bard's passive instead of the whistle like chimes they are small floating water noodles any random color if anything Purple. when he auto attacks he shoots out a small spray of water and if he has a duck with him or a meep in this case the duck will fly along the the bullet of water, also as shown the duck or explode into a wave of water on the target. Bard's E will be the same shrine plate but covered in some sand and a ice pop floating over it changing colors from a level 1 health to level 3 like when you first place it it doesn't give much health so it could be yellow and a ready ice pop could be from yellow-orange than red for ready lol. Bard's Ultimate would be or could be a whistle flying across onto the target area but only blue instead of gold. IT would make it "cooler" if the frozen area within the area is blue as well not just surrounded by water. I don't have the resources to make splash art nor a video or animation to improve my odds of this skin idea. I wanted to contribute to the amount of people supporting a bard skin as I support the skin make myself.
