A new Xerath Skin for next patch release.

Hi Riot,I just wanted to come to the boards to ask you if you could make a new Xerath skin.I know the champion may not be popular to some people but the idea of a champion filled with pure Energy that is a very powerful mid champ and can really wreck the enemy team is a wonderful idea!. I think some of the community players would also enjoy a new Xerath skin because he really is an awesome champ! :). Let me know your thoughts on this and to anyone else wanting a new Xerath skin! thank you
