Why can't my boy Ornn get a new skin

I mean that question is valid however it would be great if you could share any concepts that you made or found :) I bet some rioters drop by and feel inspired by ideas here.

It's cause Riot doesn't care as much for those that don't make them money. He'll get one eventually, even after years of being out, just won't see them often :(
