This actually looks like a PROJECT skin, unlike the one in game.
This would be such a cool concept! I love the normal PROJECT: Jinx skin and this would be such a nice prestige skin.
Wow its like fans know what they want for a character huh? XD
Why not give some love to other champs first though? Jinx has plenty.
The biggest downside to this concept is she looks too much like Vayne with that haircut, project body parts and color shades.
Both of their caircuts are similar, only the pypes are making it look different.
