Sukishoo3 votesActually, they can. They said during the star guardian invasion event that the various monsters there were incomplete, so they couldnt release it as a skin. The same is here as they only use some of the animations, models, or even borrow various things from other champions, and would need alot more work to be a full fledged skin.

It would be the best looking skin for Vel'Koz , a skin like that would definitely serve as a cool memory of the countless squids we killed to complete our quests.

yeah I hated the fact that the odyssey campaign had to go, I think the game needs some PVE content.

The funny thing about Odessy and other events, is that they are the only ones where Vel'Koz gets a different appearance and some are so good they can be actual skins. It's like accidental good skin stuff.
