why can't I buy the new jinx skin?

I have been trying to buy the new jinx skin since patch 5.2. Does anyone know why it is saying I can't buy it? :(

It hasn't been released yet. It was put out in the patch but it hasn't been enabled yet... this is the same with all of the new skins they've always released. You have to wait for the skin announcement to be made, and in this case The Lunar Revel has to be announced.
