no punishment for toxic players

there is no punishment for toxic players I am done with this game riot I can't enjoy a game without people being a holes and then you tell me to report them at the end of the game but what is the point nothing happens to them I reported someone and then 2 games later was stuck in the same game with them again. Yeah punishment system works.

im toxic all the time and i get punished. it works just fine youre just a whiner. sorry riot cant have people chat restricted before theyre toxic for the first time

There are punishments really hard I got banned twice for 14 days for being toxic now i stopped and Im not raging anymore, also there is a mute button use it it helps a lot when it comes to keepin it chill
