New Heimer Skin Idea

I love Heimerdinger and think he needs some new love.

It fits with the water themed skins, and makes him a Kraken!

Basic attacks are a Trident and fishing Hook.

Q - His Cannons would be boats.

W - His Rockets are water shots (or fishies :D)

E - big water splash or an ink bomb

Ultimate would be a big boat, waves of water, bouncing water or ink bomb
