Abdalyan, the Wish Granter

Abdalyan is a ranged squishy support-mage who excels at peeling for his allies and protecting them. For his appearance I was thinking something close to Malzahar, but with a white-and-gold color scheme and his face would be showing.
Passive: Savior Wish - Whenever Abdalyan or an ally champion near Abdalyan is below 300 health, Abdalyan heals them for 40 health and gives them a +10% movement speed boost for 5 seconds. Range: 850, Cost: None, Cooldown: 20 seconds.
Q: Hate Wish - Abdalyan sends a projectile skillshot towards an enemy champion, dealing 85/95/100/120/135 magic damage and slowing them for 40%/45%/50%/55%/60% movement speed. Range: 870, Cost: 70/75/80/90/95 mana, Cooldown: 5.5/5/4.5/4/3.5 seconds.
W: Wisdom Wish - Abdalyan may create a sphere above his head or an ally champion's head that gives +15%/20%/25%/30% movement speed and +20/40/60/80 health, and lasts for 4 seconds. After 4 seconds, Abdalyan or an ally champion may fire this ball towards an enemy unit, stunning them for 1/2/2.5/3 seconds and dealing 80/85/95/110 magic damage. Range: 900, Cost: 80/85/90/95 mana, Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5 seconds.
E: Healing Wish - Abdalyan may shield himself and an ally champion. He shields himself for 95/110/130/145/150 health if there are no other ally champions in the range around him, but if there is an ally champion, he shields himself and them for 50/65/70/80/95 health. Range: 750, Cost: 85/90/95/100/110 mana, Cooldown: 8/7/6.5/6/5 seconds.
R: Final Wish - After a 5 second cast time, Abdalyan can teleport to any champion on the map, dealing 120/140/155/175 magic damage to all enemy champions in the range he teleports to. If there is no enemy champions around the target teleported to, Abdalyan grants a small shield to the ally champion targeted for 100 health (does not change with each level). Range: 995, Cost: 100/100/100/100 mana, Cooldown: 110/105/100/95 seconds.
Lore:
Abdalyan was a known and respected shaman in Ionia. He granted wishes for anyone who came to him with an issue. He was always kind and humble, living in a small hut in a medium sized village in the mountains. But soon, his powers started to get abused. People would ask for him to do things he could not control, or things that promoted imbalance and hatred. Abdalyan could not stand being used anymore. He moved to a small, peaceful village that practiced balance and serene happiness, and stopped practicing his shaman abilities and wish granting. But soon, Noxian forces invaded Ionia. The whole village was apprehensive, not knowing what happened next. And then, it really happened. The Noxians beheaded the monks who tried to make peace with them. Nobody was standing up to the Noxians as they had slain more and more people. Except for one woman -- Karma, the Enlightened One. She came running to Abdalyan, knowing of his abilities and his practice. Abdalyan tried to remember what he could about his gift. He agreed to help Karma. As Karma came to the front line, she stood in front of her village and the Noxian forces. Suddenly, Abdalyan appeared behind her, channeling his spirit into her, awakening her soul, and obliterating the enemies. It was truly a magnificent day. The word spread soon after, and he offered a healing service to all affected by the invasion. They came to him with their most inclined wishes, and he granted them. Soon, Abdalyan knew he was worth more. He joined the League, and he still protects his allies, granting their battle wishes and leading them to the front lines of war to this day.
