No more goofy champions?
Does Riot have any Goofy champions in the works? Don't get me wrong I love all these super bad ass champs. But I think variety is something that drew a lot of people to this game.

I suggested a passive that makes a champion that changes colors depending on it's emotions, and each emotion grants something different. The passive is semi controllable, but not always.
It would of made a fun goofy champion. :3
