Boots of swiftness meta
An Idea to add more diversity to the boots selection is to buff the movement speed of the non 600 gold boots by a little.

Boots of Swiftness just took two major nerfs.
They don't need to de-incentivize them more (Cost 500--->600, speed 65 --->60)
Swiftness ones already got nerfed. IEM is played on old patch afaik.
