(though unrelated, I have been playing a lot of Evolve stage 2 as Lazarus and Crow[I like snipers in this game])

codename: Raven real name: Artemis Cendal (Sendahl) Occupation: Monster hunter faction(former): Zaun faction(current): unaligned (potential hunter's guild) role: immobile control assassin/marksman bars Attack power: 75% defense power: 50% Ability power: 0% difficulty: 100% main position: jungler.

Stats: health 592 (84 per level) 2120 at level 18 health regen: 7 - 18.03 (no secondary bar) AD: 57.5 (3.75 per level) 15 ad AS: .575 range: 575 or 600 movementspeed: 350 armor: 25 (3.02 per level) 79.5 at level 18 MR: 36 (1.15 per level) 56.7 at level 18

Weapon of choice: reinforced bow utilities: area cloak field, pet skaal hawk named Magistrate, 2.3 volt jaw trap, NV/IR headset.

Passive: Giant Slayer. Raven is a badass, he has killed large monsters that roam runeterra for a good time now, he knows where to hit and how to hit. passively deals bonus true damage based on his AD and the target 25% for small monsters, cannon minions and scuttle crab 50% for large monster 100% for epic monsters

Q: Jolt trap Raven throws a bear trap down, and it takes a bit to prime, once primed anyone unfortunate to be snared is dealt additional damage from the trap and Raven. Regardless of if the trap is primed, it will hurt to be snared. Raven also receives a second long speed boost to either engage or keep running. Range: 500 trap timer: 45 seconds at all ranks. Damage (base): 30/70/110/150/190 (+75% ad) physical damage Damage (primed): 10/60/110/160/210 (+125% AP) magic damage snare duration: .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 MS buff: 20%/35%/50%/65%/80% duration of buff is increased if trap is primed by 1 second x rank

He can only have 2 charges for 3 ranks, and gains 1 per rank up to a max of 4 traps at rank 5. charges take 40 seconds to charge at rank one, 35 at rank 2, 30 at rank 3, 25 at rank 4 and 20 at rank 5. traps can be deployed for how many charges are available, gaining an additional deploy per rank. cooldown between throwing traps: 4 seconds

W: Scan the skies Raven commands Magistrate to scan an area for anything, revealing all in the area. passively he gains stealth detection and occasionally alerts when near bushes to signal enemy gank (only if he isn't deployed).

Passive: gains stealth detection with 700 range, and gives alerts when enemies are in bushes about 400 range, does not reveal enemies in the bush, but can alert to their presence.

active: Raven sends Magistrate in a line to a targeted direction where the bird will fly there and highlight enemies, neutral monsters, and wards in separate colors. Red for enemies, Orange for monsters, and Green for wards. Is mobile pink ward and while mobile it can see into bushes. the mark lasts as long as target is in its vision radius, and for a second after; allowing for teammates to get a bearing of enemy as they leave the vision radius.

vision radius: 500/600/700/800/1000 deploy radius: 1000/1500/2000/2500/3000 Deploy speed: 400ms cooldown: the time it takes for Magistrate to reach its target, circle for a second, and return to Raven.

E: Brushwalk Passively gains 20%/35%/50%/65%/80% movespeed through bushes note: stacks with a Q bonus, you know good for escaping.

active: after a brief channel, Raven enters stealth, and nearby enemies are marked with weakness in his attack range. Weakness: is a debuff where if a target marked is struck, they are slowed and pacified for 5 seconds, and being dealt bonus %max health damage

Pacify is what ever exhaust debuff is that reduces damage output.

cooldown: 30 seconds duration: 5 seconds.

ult: Specialist passive its determined on choice and once you choose, you cannot change Damage and Utility.

Damage incurs 25% bonus ad (rank one unlock) -5% attack speed but 10% bonus ad (rank two unlock) 50% armor penetration (rank 3 unlock)

Utility Incurs 50% faster trap priming (rank one unlock) 25% bonus range on bird, and 50% bonus speed on bird (rank two unlock) 100% bonus speed on bird, and 25% bonus attack range (rank three unlock, the speed buff doesn't stack, but rather an upgrade to the boosted speed)

note: the damage buff on the damage tree is additive, meaning a 35% ad buff at level 16.

champion note: you have a lot of hidden mobility once you get going, but you only have one damage ability, and deciding whether to upgrade utility or damage; damage would give raw damage usable to strike extremely hard and through tanks, but utility provides faster time to prime and attack range. be wary of your situation, sacrificing damage for awareness is always a viable option if the enemies have easy engage champions. outside of the brush you are immobile without someone stepping into a trap, and for all the damage, you have to place traps and wait for them to prime. He is designed as a way to reward awareness, as you have no costs, and your W is in reality on a short cooldown if used to full affect.

Lyse, good to see your stuff again!

Passive: I would say invert the bonuses I would say, he needs a way to get a reliable early clear, and that much true damage to monsters, I would say that percentage should be off his damage rather then bonus, otherwise he is going to just melt everything level one. (IE, He is going to 15 true damage to samll monsters plus the ~60 he has base, bigger effect then it would seem)

Q: Feels like a version of Cait traps that almost give too much for it. Lots of damage, a MS buff, and 1.5 second snare. Feels overloaded.

W: Passive stealth detection is kind of overpowered. Imagine playing against him. If your shaco, or twitch, you are simply fucked, and then on top of that he has a quinn W, to see me before I go stealth. This should also just have a base CD.

E: I feel that his damage from weakness is enough, and he doesn't need damage reduction on top of it, especially if he goes red smite.

R: 50% armor pen is INSANE, Darius is considered ridiculous, and he has only 25%. The utility gain also feels way to strong for what it does. Gives him everything that a Quinn or Caitlyn would want, shorter CD on AoE vision, faster trap. I feel like you have to choose one of them, and focus on balancing out one of them, or combine them, say give CDR on his basic abilties for one rank, and keep ranks 1 and 2 of his ult. (IE, the 10% Damage, with reduced attack speed, CDR on abilties, 25% Bonus AD
