Idea for new champ

I suggest that LOL should add a new champ. The champ's ability should be based on "copying".

My preliminary idea is as follow. I think when the champ kills someone, he may get one stack. When he kills the same person 3 times, he may change his ability as same as the person who has killed 3 times.
