I suggest that LOL should add a new champ. The champ's ability should be based on "copying".
My preliminary idea is as follow. I think when the champ kills someone, he may get one stack. When he kills the same person 3 times, he may change his ability as same as the person who has killed 3 times.
Wouldn't that be counter intuitive? If you kill the same person three times with the normal skillset, why would you want to change it when you know you can kill them? Or for the point that what if you don't want the abilities of the person you killed.
also that will make the game no fun
