Sylvarias - The Lady from the Mists The Moonflower Maiden

[Base stats will be added as soon as skill numbers are balanced.]

Passive Skill : Soothing Presence: While Sylvarias is near water (or a source of it) she is blessed with a health and mana regeneration aura around her. This bonus is doubled while she is in water (or source of it).

Bonus Regeneration: 6 (+.5 per level) per 5 seconds.

Q : Lilies of the Valley: (Active) Sylvarias plants a bouquet of tiny bell flowers at target location. These flowers grow over time, condense moisture, and pour a light mist out around them that increases in radius with their growth. At max growth, the flowers jingle and release a thick fog that heavily slows nearby enemies for a small duration and grants a very small aura slow debuff while not destroyed/consumed.

Allies who touch the flower, consume it, and are granted Lilies' Blessing buff for a duration. Lilies' Blessing provides stealth for a duration and leaves a trail of fog behind them that grants other allies the same stealth effect. Ally stealth is broken when they attack, use skills, or are under effects of hard crowd control.

Enemies who touch the flower, destroy it, and are marked by Condensation. Enemies marked by** Condensation** are revealed and are slowed if they are near water or a form of it. The slow is doubled if they are in water or in a source of it.

Sylvarias may have up to 5 Lilies planted at one time. Mist emitted from Lilies act as a source of water.

Flower growth period: 5 seconds Flower growth radius: 100 to 300 over 5 seconds. Flower Max growth Slow: 50% for 1 second Flower Aura Slow: 2/4/6/8/10% Stealth Fade Time: 2/1.75/1.50/1.25/1 second(s) Stealth Duration: 5/5.5/6/6.5/7 seconds Trail of fog width: 400 Trail of fog linger: 2 seconds Condensation Slow: 10% or 20% while in water source.

Cool down: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100

W : (Passive) **Environmental Awareness ** : Sylvarias' Lilies (Q) are granted a bonus buff/debuff on consumption/destruction based on the location in which they were planted.

Grass: 4/6/8/10/12% bonus movement speed for Allies (Includes those inside the trail of fog). Enemies marked with Condensation are slowed by 20-40% instead of the 10-20%.

Bushes: Grant a temporary damage shield at 50/100/150/200/250 (+50% of AP) for 3 seconds ONLY to the ally who consumed the flower. Enemies are damaged for 80/100/120/140/160 (+25% of AP).

Dirt: Grants Ally who consumed flower 10/15/20/25/30 bonus armor and magic resist for 3 seconds. Enemies who destroy the flower have their armor and magic resist reduced by 10/15/20/25/30 for 3 seconds.

Concrete/Stone: Grants Ally who consumed flower a 12/14/16/18/20% damage boost on their next Basic Attack or Spell within 3 seconds of flower consumption. Enemies who destroyed the flower have their next Basic Attack or Spell within 3 seconds reduced by 12/14/16/18/20%.

Water: Lilies' Blessing is enhanced, causing the trail of fog to double in width and heal allies in the fog trail for a portion of their max health over 5 seconds or until stealth is broken. Max Health restored over 5 seconds 10/15/20/25/30% max health. (Placing Lilies on top of each other do not count as a water effect and will instead use the terrain the first lily was on.)

E : (Active) Raging Mist : Sylvarias targets a location and after a brief delay causes the moisture in the air to heat and erupt in an explosion of water. If a Lily of the Valley is in the target location, the explosion will detonate the flower, causing extra damage, and inflicting the debuff to all enemies in the area. If Environmental Awareness is learned, the debuff from the Lilies' location will apply to all enemies on top of the Condensation debuff.

If Raging Mist is cast on water, a Lily of the Valley will automatically be planted.

Enemies will only receive bonus damage from one Lily, even if there are two or more in the area. All debuffs can be applied, however.

Base Damage: 60/100/140/180/220 (+50% AP) Lily Bonus Damage: 20/30/40/50 (+25% AP) Radius: 500 Delay: 1 second Cool down: 10 seconds Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100

R : Deluge: Sylvarias materializes water in a large radius around her for a duration. Enemies are damaged every second and are inflicted by Condensation and have a chance to be inflicted by Torrent.

Torrent causes enemies to lose control of their movement for a small duration and can only be affected one time during Deluge. Torrent loss of movement causes enemies to move in the opposite direction in which they intended to move (this affects movement abilities but not Flash).

Deluge duration: 5 seconds Deluge Damage per second: 50/75/100 Radius: 800 centered around Sylvarias Deluge follow speed: 10% slower than Sylvarias Torrent debuff duration: 1.5/2/2.5 seconds

Cool Down: 120/100/80 Mana Cost: 200/150/100

So do you intend for her to be like old Soraka? A good support but an intense midlaner?

I'm still not sure on what I would make the range of her Q and E. I feel like it would need to be a little longer than Zyra's Q/W interaction, but I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

I miss old forums, how the heck do you get this to get viewed on the front page without getting lost? :/

The passive is rather lackluster. Is it even good on any other map other than summoners rift?

The Q is ridiculously op. You cant just give someone stealth on a standard ability and thats because of a reason. There exist champions who are burst champions. this means that as soon as they are on top of you, you are dead, so the only counterplay is to not get near them. If you give someone like that stealth, then you essentially delete that counterplay aspect, leading to scenarios where you get someone even worse than Rengar. Not just that, but giving it to the entire team is just unfair and broken. It is also rather mishmashed. A good ability is one that is easy to understand. As it stands, it's just too convoluted. Her W makes it even more convoluted. As far as gameplay aspects go, there are only two things on the ground, bushes, and not-bushes. Any stone, rock etc is just a thematic aspect of the game and shouldnt really contribute to the characters abilities.

Her E is also too dependant on being at the right spot on the map and her R isnt usefull, it's just annoying untill at a certain level of play it will become useless. I like the idea of a champion who has her "zone" of power, but this is just silly. Yes, there has been talk at Riot about doing something with the River, but this champion seems a bit too dependant on it. Cool idea, nice concept and unique abilities there, but it just kinda doesn't sound good enough. The fact that she really only has one ability to use to make plays - her E, makes her realy simple. Like, support Nunu simple perhaps.

Well, shit. I had 2 hours of this updated and I hit the delete button when I didn't have anything selected and caused the page to go backwards.

Needless to say, I'm pissed that the delete button can even be used as a back button for browsers. However, I'll re-update everything another day. [WIP]
