GET RID OF TOXIC? OR AT LEAST MAKE LESS TOXICNESS IN GAME

Hey riot i was just thinking this whole time, wouldn't it be cool if you added a little thing in chat where you can type everything and everyone couldn't see it? it would of been really cool for those toxic player which i was once was, we can talk as many shit as we want but no one see it still can relieve us, was thinking you could make those log save for up to some days so player can see what they have been talking shit about lol, but this is just an idea of how the toxic people can be less toxic. (but please really do make it if you can)
