twisted fate bug

Hi, i'm from oce, it seems they don't have a board for ocebug report, anyway.so here is the thing, i was attacking tower while playing tf and i realize my blue card hit tower and it poped the thing(don't know what it's called, but it's like new vision of warlord) it was full charge so i didn't think too much, then i was farming minions and after first heal i used blue cards on minions another instant heal and the thing wasn't charged, this is a bug or something? also it seems to work on every coloured card. give me feed back
