An overwhelming lack of Jarvan IV content

As someone who's spent way too much money on skins, I'm a little disappointed that I can't empty my wallet on a sweet new skin. After some research, not including visual reworks and legacy content, my favorite Exemplar has gone without a skin longer than anyone else in the League, with the exception of (caw). I browse Surrenderat20 pretty regularly, hoping for a sick new skin to dunk on players with, only to be left with tears streaming down my cheeks (figuratively speaking). Is there any way we can change this to make all of my fellow dunkers hand out some justice for the king in style?
