Mobai - the prince of Bilgewater

Lore: How dangerous is a man, a sword, and nothing left to lose. You'd be surprised how often people forget the price of freedom, love and wealth. We all got demons we have to fight, sometimes those demons win. Though when those demons win, and we have nothing to lose, that is when we stand up and fight to the bone. For no matter how big the demon is, a man is always willing to die for his peace of mind.

It stands as a testament of those live in Bilgewater, what exactly happens to good men... it isn't pretty to say the least. Though the world gathers here, at the point of the tavern. Where stories are told, gold is lost, and man commits to debauchery. It is here where a man with nothing finds his way, and with such, finds himself a new passion.

Passive: Lock blade description: a strange dueling style, that unarmed: deals 5% more damage to head on fighters, but deals 5% less damage to foes with back facing him (neutral damage to sides) armed(melee): locks target into position, shifting back and forth between combat, 0 damage is dealt or received on either side, crits or crowd control (except silence) will cause one side to damage the other, and the other unable to attack armed(ranged): upon attack, Mobai disarms the target for about 2 seconds, only in melee range he is vulnerable to enemies behind him, as it takes him a bit to turn around and strike

Q: jab if not in a locked stance, Mobai will stab straight ahead of him dealing 40(50/60/70/80) + 30% of ad if locked, Mobai will elbow
