Lore: Day 26 Umi's log.

The Conquerer's Sea is treacherous, as it's been for the entire time we've been sailing. I don't like it hear. Pa says that it's okay, and that it's making me into a fine young woman. But although I want to become a fine young woman, I don't want it to happen this way. Why can't it be normal training?

     Day 34 Umi's log:

There is a blackish thing on my arm. Pa says it is scurvy. I don't like it.

      Day 38 Umi's log

There "scurvy" is all over my arm and is now growing on my body. In the distance there is a dark mist. I've heard the Shadow Isles are in this sea. Is it related?

Don't have time. Help me. The scurvy is all over me. There are creatures aboard the ship. That mist got closer. They're attacking the crew. I'm sca

Abilities:

Passive: Lurk: Umquastia can lurk through shadows or water, moving 20/20/25/30% (points in ult, starts with 20 at lvl 1) when she cannot be seen by anyone on the enemy team or when she moves through water she makes. I know you guys probs want her to move faster through river so I'll make a vote.Umquastia does not use mana, instead she uses Water Pressure. She gains 1 Water Pressure every 10 seconds, upon killing a unit, or whenever she procs the other part of this passive. The amount of maximum Water Pressure she can have is equal to 5 + 1 each level up except for 6,11,16.

Q: Shadow Dive: Umquastia dives beneath the surface of water, becoming untargetable for 2 seconds. This procs passive by the way, so she moves faster. During the duration she moves through units and even walls.Upon recasting or the end of the duration, she emerges, making a large splash that deals 90/100/110/120/130 + 20% AP magic damage as well as slowing enemies by 30/35/40/45/50%. Cooldown: 13/12.25/11.5/11/10 seconds after emerging. Water Pressure cost: 2/3/4/5/6 Water Pressure.

W: Murky Waters: Umquastia creates murky water in a large radius for 5 seconds, proccing passive, and slowing all enemies inside by 40/45/50/55/60%. All enemies inside are marked with Prey, causing your next attack or ability towards them to deal 60/90/120/150/180 + 30% AD + 30% AP bonus magic damage. If an enemy champion with Prey dies within the 5 seconds, then Umquastia recovers 75/90/105/120/135 health. If the killer was Umquastia herself, then the health recovered is doubled. For minions and monsters the healing is 35/45/55/65/70 health. The healing only works if the killer is Umquastia, and the health recovered is never doubled. Cooldown: 24/23/22/21/20 seconds right on activation. Water Pressure cost: 3/4/5/6/7 water pressure

E: Finned Fury: Umquastia's fins are sturdy, sharp, and make her an extremely great swimmer. Passively, her basic attacks deal 15/20/25/30/35 + 25% AP magic damage.. Upon activation, Umquastia gains a quick burst of 30/40/50/60/70% movement speed for 1 second, and her next attack will root the target in place and deal magic damage instead of physical. Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds after attacking. Water Pressure cost: 4/5/6/7/8 water pressure.

R:Shadow Shallows: Passively, every 10 bonus movement speed Umquastia has grants 0.10 attack speed. Upon activation, the entire map becomes full of murky, shallow water for 7 seconds. Casting W will effect all enemy champions on the map, but only minions and or monsters within the range of W. You gain the passive movement speed. Cooldown: 123/98/76 seconds after end. Water Pressure Cost: 8/9/10 water pressure.

Seems like a water version of Reksai. Pretty cool, but really
