[Champion Idea] [WIP] Sakura, Empress of the Cherry Blossoms
Sakura is a powerful ranged mage champion that excels in both midlane and support.
Passive: Regrowth - If Sakura or any nearby allied champion is 200 hp or below, they gain +60 movement speed and +50 hp for 3 seconds. Cooldown: 25 seconds
Q: Blessing Burst - ACTIVE: Sakura fires a cluster of cherry blossom leaves at an enemy champion, dealing 90 magic damage. Slows the target by 30% for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 6 seconds
W: Twirl - ACTIVE: Sakura twirls around in a circle and sends out a circle of cherry blossom leaves around her for 3 seconds, knocking back any enemy champions or minions in the area, dealing 50 magic damage and stunning them for 1.5 seconds. Cooldown: 11 seconds
E: Blossom - ACTIVE: Sakura heals any target ally champion for 100 hp. Sakura may cast this ability on herself or allied minions, as well. Cooldown: 8 seconds
R: Zenbon-Sakura: Sakura emits a thousand cherry blossoms in a cone, dealing 110 magic damage and stunning an enemy or enemy unit for 4 seconds. Cooldown: 113 seconds
