Idea for updated ohmwrecker
I was looking at ohmwrecker. It doesn't really fit any build. Why don't we make a support item/jungle item that fits the theme of overloading turrets.
Support item -- raptor cloak + forbidden idol (cost: 2700) 50 armor 200% hp regen 100% mana regen 10% cdr unique: 10% shield and heals unique: point runner active: Allied turret is shielded for 25-205*(% base hp regen) and gains attack speed equal to a quarter of % mana regen for 3 seconds. Nearby allied champions (edit: 775 range) gain a shield half as large and the same AS buff, and units killed by turret give gold to owner.
Enemy Turret is prevents turret from attacking for 1s+(0.25s for each 100% base mana regen) seconds Active has a cooldown on the same turret for 20s Overall cooldown 75s
This could be a niche item against seige. The stats alone make the item cost inefficient, but the active scales with mana and hp regen strongly, allowing the item to be just as impactful regardless ahead or behind.
Jungle item -- hunter's machete and talisman (1000g) +10% life steal against monsters unique: Tooth and nail unique: monster hunter unique: "Spiteful Smite" Smite turret to gain 40-60% turret damage reduction for 2s, and then reset aggro after 3 seconds
This item would probably for junglers want a fast snowball from tower dives (lee sin/rammus), but if you don't snowball, you lose offensives power when compared to chilling smite/skirmisher's smite.
