Title. Say you have a friend updating and you want to have others be able to fill out your 5-man but too many keep joining. I hate kicking people because I always feel like a bad person.

On the one hand I like it. On the other hand it seems like you should just wait until your friend gets on, or close the party until the update is done. Otherwise you're making the people who join wait too.
