Skin idea, Viktor is all depressed PROJECT: Yasuo is so advanced he decides to make his own PROJECT. So Vik kidnaps Lucian and turns him into PROJECT: Evo-Lucian, because Vik is obsessed with evolution. Here is a splash art I did with my artistic abilities. This would actually be a pretty cool skin for someone whose skins are somewhat lack luster.
