Vayne's minimap splash was the ignite art. It was kinda funny, but if this happened for multiple champs it could be annoying. Also the quality and flash was due to me being in the middle of a game.

Or this handy application called "Snipping Tool" that comes with every copy of Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, etc. You can pin it to your start menu or task bar.
That happens to me sometimes. One time Fiora became the Ghost icon. There were two fioras in the game and both of them were ghost.
it was actually pretty funny.
