Maybe unpopular, but...where are the next chroma packs?

(I used the word "unpopular" because Chromas caused a general unpopular reaction and haven't selled well in the time.)

The last chroma pack was in patch 5.15 (3 months ago). I still wait for some new creative ideas to make special champions and skins more special. And where is the Shockblade Chroma?
