Update Singed Skins

As a singed main I really dislike the lack of visual changes with most of singed's skins. I know beekeeper has changes but his other skins and in my opinion cooler skins don't have any major changes and it makes me upset. Some simple poison color changes would be nice and different things with his W could make some skins way better. I think with black scourge singed you could make his W a black tar like substance and his poison red or black. It would fit the theme very nice and I wouldn't mind changing it to 975RP. With SSW make a unique poison and also change the recall animation to something the fits the team theme. Mad scientist could change his poison trail to rainbow like appearance to match the chemicals or revert it to the purple trail. With surfer singed change his W to quicksand or something like that. Also hextech singed needs a major update to his visuals. I feel like these changes could make singed look more aesthetically pleasing and people would enjoy the champion a lot better.
