Situational 3 vote forfeit.

So have anyone here seen the "How To Be Annoying in League of Legends" Series? It's hilariously relatable. Particularly episode 4, Never Surrender.

We've all had these games, and I've had my worst case of it ever. Where three of you say yes to surrender in an obviouslyone1 sided game, and the people who either vote no or don't vote, most likely the ones feeding the most, want to keep playing, saying the excuse is that they want to have fun, but they're actually just trolls.

I normally like the never surrender attitude, but sometimes it's just not fair to keep the majority of your team playing because of trolls. Might be excusable in rank where it's competitive, but not normal, which is suppose to just be for fun. Trolls should never win anyway.

So here's my idea: After the 20 minute mark, if a team tries to surrender with 3 votes yes, and fails 3 times, then for the 4th surrender attempt, it only requires 3 votes. If a game has gone on for so long in such the majority of the team consistently want end and move on without the threat of being reported or punished, then this would be fair.

In my last game for instance, one of the two people who kept saying no said they would report anyone that tried to leave.

This assumes that trolls are always the ones who want to stay in the game. Oftentimes, (in my experience) people who try to surrender do so because they're personally failing or can't read a battle. Allowing groups of three to surrender so easily and sacrifice a potential win (for no benefit) just changes the entire match into a race to be the first team to surrender. This is honestly terrible, considering how easily people give up on the match. If a slightly demoralizing event occurs during the match, you can have a number of people who decide to completely give up and request surrender for the next 20 minutes.

1.) Enemy took first dragon? Surrender. 2.) Enemy took first tower? Surrender 3.) Support has 2 cs? Surrender 4.) Mid doesn't roam? Surrender. 5.) DFT got a lucky kill for the enemy? Surrender. 6.) Didn't get Rift Herald? Surrender. 7.) About to crush enemy Nexus? Surrender.

Try to honestly say #7 wouldn't happen.

yea but its also annoying when your team is far ahead, but you lose one teamfight due to bad team play and then everyone surrenders for nor eason even though the enemy nexus is literally open and no turrets are down on your side

Keep in mind that the idea I'm going with isn't to change it from 4 votes to 3 votes, but only for it to become 3 votes when the rest of the team consistently wants to surrender over a 12 minute period of time. starting at the 20 mark. It's something that would open happen early on in the game where it's constantly one-sided and everyone is tilted.

Losing one team fight almost never invokes such a scenario.
