Ever won a game you felt you didn't deserve?

What ^ says. Ever been a good sport in admitting this.

Like just now, during the mid game, I was having such weird lag spikes persist, even after reopening the game. But we had such a tilt-proof ADC, I set her up with some good kill (was support btw), that even though after 25 minutes I was practically dc'ed for 2 minutes at a time, we got Baron buff, I got an A-, and a friend request from the ADC. My team must've been more fed then I realized.

So yeah, even though my ADC earned it, that was a game I felt I didn't deserve to win. Anyone else have a story like that?

Oh yeah. Just today I got carried wicked hard by a tilt-proof team in a 50+ minute game. I was Nami and I was feeding really hard, just getting picked in places I should not have been (but trying to get vision out so I would stop getting picked and it was like...a vicious cycle).

Our Ziggs stole 2 barons for us. My duo partner stayed chill after I made the lane hard by feeding 4 kills to Tristana. We had a Nasus. Skarner isolated the people we needed at the end.

And here's little 'ol me like "hey thanks guys sorry I am bad!". Like, sometimes you have an off game. It's okay to admit that and be carried. You can't always be the hero.

EDIT: Also, my team deserved to win that one. Just not me personally haha

Yeah. I've had games where the enemy DCed entirely or had a feeder that I wasn't proud of.

Sure have. The other team inted in our fountain to show us how little they thought of us. Well I came alive just in time and killed off the minions and started down mid. Other team members came alive and we ran it down mid and won.

Many games lately have felt like I'm useless and shouldn't even be in the game.

My problem is I go to ward around mid and my bot lane. I'm gone so long that I'll end up level 5 while my adc is 6-7. It gets even worse further into the game. I'll be level 8 when my adc is 11, and I'll hit level 11 when my adc hits 14-15.

I don't know why I fall behind so much.. I'm starting to just skip buying a sightstone.

It was a normal blind pick game. We were all feeding, 4v5. Kill score was around 20 to 50. We had no support and ALL the lanes were feeding horribly. They got 3 drakes, elder, herald, baron and 3 inhibs. We didn't even get one tower. Althought we were losing so hard, nobody went toxic and we just kept playing. We all died. They pushed. When they got both of our nexus turrets, we all said gg. At this moment, a popup apeared on chat: Enemy team agreed to surrender, with 5 votes for and 0 against.

Yup. I did literally 0 damage to champions in a game last season. All 3 lanes killed their opponents while I was getting my second buff as jungle. I just farmed the rest of my camps and went B while my team got like 5 more kills. Game ended right around 20 and I just practiced my farming paths in the jungle and let the team win it. I don't think I even went into a lane other than passing through to my jungle. I did nothing to deserve that win. Felt kinda bad afterwards actually.

I think that's how most champions feel now...

You really don't put any effort into playing the champion well or utilizing your skills properly, instead you just kinda play the rhythm game that riot designed for the champion and get results based on the macro state of balance...

This was actually one of the most noticeable side effects of the malzahar rework. When you lost, it felt like there was nothing else you could do to have increased your chances of winning, while when you win, it felt like you didn't deserve to have won because your kit did all the work on it's own.

Getting carried is a skill: you're not always going to be in a position to carry the game (getting camped in a fairly even skill match, being counter picked, or just straight up being outclassed)... I've won a lot of games I didn't "deserve" to win because I (usually) know when to sit back and hitch a ride to a free win.

When I went AD AurelionSol one time.

I can get so fed going AP and not being able to do anything, but once I purposely start sucking because I was sick of playing him (sometimes on accident) I'd wind up winning.

i just lost a game 1 hour ago because of the Windows10 fukin update window ..

Two today, both bot lane! Since I'm apparently not allowed to play on top lane any more when I play with friends.

Not exactly the "how did we win this we really shouldn't have won this" factor, but I digress.

One as Klepto Ezreal, first time playing him since URF last year, probably. It was just sheer dirt; good lord I'd not realized it was that bad. For what little I did, I really shouldn't have gotten that much out of it.

And one as Mordekaiser. Don't get me wrong, Mord can do great things in the right hands.

My hands are not the right hands. I think. I'm worried about the possibility of finding out. Let me go back to my island.

Recently I played a 25 minute ranked game. Their Jarvan was horrible, Draven was inting, and their Malzahar was the only competent player. We stomped them.

Nope.

The rare case where enemy DC's and we 'won because of that' is just the result of all the ally DC's, trolls and ragequits that have piled up.

Compensation is not undeserved.

Not exactly a win I didn't deserve (I'm salty) but I was laning as a Garen against a Teemo. Jungler came once to "gank" (when I wasn't there), traded kills and I had to deal with a 2/1 Teemo as an undercs'd and underleveled Garen. He claimed "he ganked" when I asked for another and ignored me for pretty much the entire game. 18 mins in, Teemo was hitting at inhib turret, while I was still safely 0/1 but 3 levels down, over 100 cs behind and no jungler in sight.

However, in that jungler's defense, he did camp bot lane so a 9/2 Vayne eventually came top with her slave and took a dump on the Teemo, eventually winning us the game. Didn't enjoy that game, don't think it even mattered if I existed in that game but yea, just top lane things.

Just had this game, we were down 12-0 at 11:00, really rough start for our bot lane especially at 0-8, and to be honest, i fired up the FF vote at 15:00, then at 20:00, but it never went through. 53 min game, last 15 min, the thresh was asking not to kill him, he wanted an "S", the Cho'Gath kept telling us how many HP he had, as soon as they got a few kills in, kept going for dragons and barons, 6/2 respectively to our zero of each. Almost like prolonging the match trying to rack up stats.

We won a team fight 1 death to 3, our Zed pushed top, while the Cho'gath and Thresh, were trying to push to a Inhibitor. Seems they just lost all focus on the mini map and "Winions" did a number on thier Nexus turrets and Nexus. Was a real interesting post game chat after the other team have the defeat screen.

So I basically got carried by a few folks who had faith that we could make a late push once we all hit level 18, I rarely ask for a FF@15, and after this probably will be a while before i do it again.

I'll stick to being a support main now so my teams can have actual mid lane carrys.

AFK, DC, Troll, Bot, etc. Stomps are no fun - doesn't matter which side. They're even less fun when you win for these reasons.

Almost half the games I feel like I don't deserve the loss and almost half I feel like I don't deserve the win. The small percentage left over I feel like I actually positively impacted AND got the win for it.

Had a game that way last night. Trashed until the last second. Got raped in my jungle by a xinzhao until i was like 0/4, i was level 4 until 12 minutes into the game because i fucked up my first clear, EVERYTHING went wrong

Then, after killing me and viegar, the mordekaiser top stopped Xin, starting our slow dredge to the end

Skip forward a lot of the game, we catch him at my red buff and a team fight follows, we win and our ashe gets 3 of them

Viegar started to scale, we were still like 8k gold behind and a LOT of kills behind

Eventually we hit 2 towers mid down, reset, ALMOST lost at our mid inhib but our ashe pulled an "an hero" and died running down midlane to kill the tank support (i think Nautilus?) and then ALMOST killing Xayah

We're shitting on them now. 2 minutes later we lost

Yet, just earlier in the game we were down 3 to 20 or some bs like that

just a few minutes ago, i had a game though that felt like an undeserved loss. 3 of my teammates were toxic, and one of them ran it down mid a bit and flamed me. The poor fuckin' ornn just had to sit through it all as it was a trainwreck around us all.

Sucked, but nothing to be done in an unwinnable stomp

I've had my fair share of losing games I should have won. So, I deserve every damn win I can get. However, winning games in Season 8 doesn't feel good.

Literally anytime the enemy has an AFK, rage-quit, or DC player for starts.

I did DC myself and finally got back into a match like 15 minutes in- our Varus mid had dominated to the point where the entire enemy team was irrelevant. I played that match for all of 5 minutes.

I was doing wayy too well in my placements. 7-1 and on the 8th game I got absolutely DICKED by the enemy team. My team showed up and played well, but I died about once every 1.5 minutes. Every time I left base I died immediately. My team carried me thankfully, but I shouldn't of beat those players:P

Ended 9-1 in placements though. Op Op.
