Veigar and soraka nerf

can get those champions a little nerf not a big one bec veigar does too much dmg against ap champs bec his ult scales too with enemy ap i get oneshotted alot of times as an ap mage even if i buy mr i still get oneshotted the only thing what needs a nerf is the ult just decrease the ap scaling and soraka just put the cd higher bec she got a 4 sec cd on her heal and it heals alot then i almost kill someone and then hes full hp in 6 sec
