I cant play with friends because a bug or something

i cant play or talk to friends bec a bug or glitch or something the only thing i see is loggin on to chat service but i got good connections This makes me so salty if this isnt fixed i cant talk in champion select not in my clubs and all that kind of stuff but i can still play PLS HELP ME
