Next ultimate skin

Does anyone have any idea when the next ultimate skin will be announced? My birthday is coming up and I'm going to buy myself some nice skins, but if the next ultimate skin is for a champ I play I'd rather wait and buy that instead of getting other skins. Thanks for your help

Well seeing as DJ Sona came out at the start of this year, we probably won't see another till sometime in 2016.
