Update 7/02/16 I really put this champion out there to see if people would like his image and his kit, without giving consideration to his balance as of yet. If this gets enough attention I will balance it, but the feedback I'm primarily looking for is if he sounds like an overall fun champion to play. Of course, criticism on his balance would be appreciated

Role Mannkind is a beefy fighter who benefits greatly from having high maximum health. His strength comes from his high health pool and is meant to absorb burst damage. He does well against other melee champions and is designed with the intent of overpowering enemy melee champions. While he is designed to be superior to melee champions, his weakness is ranged champions because he has difficulty closing the gap between himself and them.

Description The above picture is merely to provide a general representation of how I want him to look. I imagine him looking to be a cross between Johnny Bravo, Elivs, and Hyperion (Marvel character). He is tall and buff, with a giant blonde pompadour, chiseled features, square butt chin, and has a cocky demeanor. He simply wears a jumpsuit rather than a suit of armor, and constantly talks about how little he needs armor and that the jumpsuit is only there to hide his manhood so that others don't become jealous. He is the physically strongest champion in the game and brags about himself all the time. He is however, as thick as a brick, dimwitted, and simple. He's a jock.

Lore Mannkind's real name is Kal'eel. Before he was bestowed with such great power, he was a wimpy, lazy, coward who no body liked. Tired of being mistreated - although he brought it all on himself by being a brat - Kal'eel began working out every day, 10 hours a day, as if it was his job. He didn't provide much use to the world, but he found great satisfaction in growing stronger and stronger every passing day. Eventually he realized that people began taking him seriously, so he never let anyone bully him again. Despite the fact that he made great outward changes, Kal'eel didn't change much on the inside. He simply became an overconfident brat rather than a wimpy one. Since Kal'eel was stronger than everyone around him, and nigh invulnerable, he decided to become an hero. He required no invitation, no spotlight shone his symbol in the night sky, but he didn't care. He would go out all day, from town to town, city to city, fighting what he perceived to be crime everywhere. From Demacia, to Noxus, to Bilgewater, he would go causing more damage than helping, he became public enemy number one under the delusion that he was actually helping. Eventually he undertook the mantle of Mannkind and became the self-proclaimed hero.

Stats

Health: 854 - 2916

Manaless (Uses Manliness instead)

Melee: 125

Attack Damage: 64 - 120

Attack Speed: 0.533 (+0 - 34.1%)

Armor: 15 (+0)

Magic Resist: 30 (+0)

Movement Speed: 320

Passive Beefcake: Mannkind benefits 100/150/200% more from all maximum health bonuses, even retroactively. He however does not benefit from bonus armor or magic resistance. Instead, each point of bonus armor and magic resistance is converted to a 0.5% max health increase.

Q Drama Power: Mannkind unleashes a dramatic war cry to frighten evil doers everywhere. This causes all nearby enemies to lose their cool, dealing 15/30/45/60/75 (+0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6/0.7% of the difference between his maximum health and their current health) damage every second. In addition, Mannkind thrives off their fear, thus the next attack he deals on affected enemies will heal him for 1.5/2.1/2.7/3.3/3.9% of his maximum health. Cost: 80 manliness Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds AoE; 600

W Mann Up!: Mannkind channels his testosterone to become his ultimate form, gaining access to his abilities, increasing his stats, and gaining 700 points of manliness, his resource. Mannkind gains 500/900/1300/1700/2100 health plus bonus AD (2.3/5.3/8.3/11.3/14.3% of maximum health). He cannot casts spells unless in the from, and his resource is "manliness" which is what his spells cost to use. Despite his increase in strength, not even Mannkind can contain the amount of testosterone required to sustain this, causing him to lose 40/80/120/160/200 health per second. Once he runs out of manliness, he returns to his normal form and loses the health bonus. Recasting this returns him to normal without putting it on cooldown. Cost: None Cooldown: 30/26/22/18/14 seconds Manliness doesn't regenerating, thus recasting this multiple times wont replenish manliness.

E **Double Flip: ** Mannkind jumps in a line, performing an magnificent double flip. While in the air, he becomes a meat shield and absorbs all projectiles under 100/180/260/340/420 damage. Each projectile he absorbs into his body replenishes 60/65/70/75/80 manliness. Cost: 100 manliness Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Range: 550

R Strength Beyond Reason: (Passive) Each time Mannkind is attacked, he gains 2.2/3.2/4.2 health regeneration which stacks up to 11/14/17 times. Functions when he isn't in Mann Up mode but doesn't stack. (Active) Mannkind becomes serious and begins fighting to actually end the fight as quickly as he can to avoid unnecessary casualty. He absorbs all the stacks of his passive to gain 2/3/4 AD per stack plus %2.5/4.5/6.5 of his maximum health. While this is active, Man Up! doesn't cost him health per second nor can his passive stack. Cost: 200 manliness Cooldown: 30/25/20 seconds Duration: 8/9/10 seconds

Lol he would be so friggen squishy pre 6 XD, the R's passive needs to be nerfed hard, lvl 16 + 170Health per second? You say his weakness is range but he'd out heal them so hard, also what's hi maximum health being added to in his ult? To his ad? waaaaaaaaaaaaay to friggen op, no projectiles go over 800 dmg, so his e locks everything his w "Mannkind gains 500/1100/1700/2300/2900 health plus bonus AD (15.6/20.7/25.8/30.9/36% of maximum health). He cannot casts spells unless in the from, " srsly he would have thousands of attack dmg, normal ppl can only get like upt 600, his q would do thousands of dmg even against armor, and he doesnt seem to do any scaling with ad so... overall, learn what bbalance is lol, and make it so his abilities do dmg instead of just... giving him health, also there is no condition under which he loses his mannliness on the w, so there's no point to it. Also his E's range is WAAAY to long for a dash.

Sounds like to me you watched too much BOKU NO HERO ACADEMIA and was like WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW I wish LoL had a champion half as cool!

( Btw the reason I say that is because the MAIN CHARACTER from the anime has a very similar backstory )
