champion concept, Timotheus, The Traveling Fury

this is my second champion suggestion, and i think that this one will be better than my first one! he is a Nomadic Freak, with 2 Claymores as weapons. he's a massive, 8'0 giant, with battle scars all over him, and shredded armor

(passive) Consequential Rage: Timotheus gains armor per basic attack, filling up his fury meter. At full fury, Timetheus releases a shockwave of armor shattering destruction in a wave in front of his on his next basic attack, reducing armor and briefly stunning all enemies within the shockwave. Timotheus gains reduced armor when this passive is on cooldown. Does extra damage if you basic attack a champion

(Q) Sacrificial charge: Timotheus goes berserk, running in a line, pushing minions aside until he hits a champion, or reaches the end of the line if he hits a wall, Timotheus is stunned for a duriation. for every minion he hits, he loses health, but if he hits a champion, he gains a percentage of that health back. units recently hit by Consequential Rage deal less damage to him while he is charging

(W) Nomadic Defence: Timotheus next Basic attack steals armor from the target and pushes the target back. if the unit hits a wall, they are briefly stunned

(E) Survival of the Fittest: (passive) Timotheus gains movement speed and lifesteal based on how many enemy champions are around.

(R) Destruction Distortion: Timotheus throws sand in the air, and slows all enemies in the area. Timotheus then creates 3 mirror images of himself, and gains attack damage/attack speed/ and movement speed. when the sand settles, Timotheus spins in a circle, damaging anyone near him, and knocking all enemies affected out of the circle. Timotheus' (E) passive is cancelled out while his ultimate is active
