New champion suggestion

alright, i have a champion idea! im new to this, so dont get mad please ._.

Xander, The Mage of Zaun.

Passive: Reanimated Corpses that attack Champions add stacks of Undead Dread. at 5 stacks, the targed is slowed, and takes extra true damage from all your spells

(Q) Dead Bolt: Fires a bolt of undead fury, dealing mgic damage and reducing cooldowns on all other spells by 1 second. if the target has 5 stacks of (passive) on him, the cooldowns are reduced by 3 seconds

(W) Reanimation: brings a corpse back from the grave that targets enemy champions, and adds stacks of (passive) champion can store up to 3 reanimations, and release them all at once.

(E) Grave Rob: takes health from enemy minion, and heals champion or Reanimations for half health. you can target a champion with this spell if said champion has 5 stacks of (passive)

(R): ARISE!: Area Of Effect spell that calls the undead from their graves to slow enemy champions, and gradually do damage over time. if target has 5 stacks of (passive) the spell snares them instead.
