Viktor Skin concept

Does anyone else like the idea of a biological weapon viktor? It'd have the same vibe as the eternum skins like Nocturne or Cassiopeia, only its a bunch of flesh, veins, and blood. Since hes a cyborg, and theres skins that give him a different look, like death sworn viktor which doesnt even have any tech or mechanical upgrades to himself, be cool if he got a fleshy skin, like R could have veins sprouting instead of the lighting. I know its alittle over the top but theres vlad and all his blood, so its definitely approriate enough for this game lol. if you have any ideas of how the abilities would or should look/display, share some ideas so i could work on a 3d model?
