New League Champ

I have been thinking about a new champ for league to kind of spice it up. There are so many champions that are just people with different abilities. but at the end there all just different people. but what if we made something new. great example aurelion sol. but we need something else something even farther off the path... like a recent idea i had. His name is taurus the warrior of the stars. he is a space jet, i know what your thinking but its not some weird unworkable idea. the champions purpose is to strafe and get around people. instead of having mana he has a velocity capacitor which is charge by him moving. all of his abilities rely on it and the more he has the faster he goes. Sound like aurelion sol's e but its different in the way that no turning affects it and its like rapid fire cannon's passive. he would be able to have great burst of speed and strafing but not much health or burst. His unique feature is that he can fire his basic attack without stopping. So he could be speeding in one direction while his cannon fired at the champion he was fighting. he would be weak to cc and would pop easily. if anyone have any questions or ideas let me know.
