Riot people! I have some thoughts :)

Why hello riot and off of the people who decide eh lets read this. I have done the task of playing 2 champions religiously to give some light on a situation ...... adc's. yes i know the adc is 2017 meme is still fresh in our minds but they have been making a comeback and maybe too much of one. oh and yes the 2 champs i have performed a religious amount of playtime on are ashe and varus. These 2 champions seems to be at a very weird point. they seem to be absolutely useless at some point and be able to 1v5 at others. lets start with my lady who gives me the cold shoulder ashe. she is known for her aa slows that make you want to bash your face in when trying to run away. her kiting is solid and her damage is great.... if q is active. you see if q isnt up she basically become the most annoying undeadly adc in the game. everyone has a poke usually on there q mf with her high dmg cannonball, ezreal with his q skillshot, and lucian with his line shot (we dont talk about varus hes special when it come to this). but ashe well ashe has to build up stack and then do more dmg then all of those put together blended in a smoothie and given to the terminator. but you know what happens when you dont have high attack speed yet? thats right kids your dead. lets say you have 1.0 attack speed for simplicity. that is 4 seconds of continuous aa for you to be able to get it up plus the 1 second for the next attack a grand total of 5 seconds...... 5 seconds thats enought time for a lucian to ult a mf to ult a rengar to kill you 20,00000 times with his ult just ....... she is a shredder with q but without it shes a slow thing. so riot for this women with the cold hard stare i believe you should make it so maybe that q doesent quite eat everything like your uncle at a buffet. but does considerable dmg hey crazy thing even make it where she fire 3 aa instead of 1 based on her stacks. (dont flame me plz ashe is bae) but just make it so that when her q isnt up shes just the easy person to kill but when her q is up she can get a penta no prob. now if you are still with me and havent gotten cold feet (ill stop with the ice puns im sorry XD) we move onto the man with the plan varus. now you see i like how he has stacks keeps his dmg to a minimal unless you are that blitz that just cant seem to land the hook and take 1 to many aa. so thats good but his q ohhh boy this is where it gets fun :).... i found his q does fair damage to enemy champs when building adc but when you build full lethality ohhhh boy enemies better dodge that cause it will kill them at half hp (killed many a man who decided to run in a straight line) its not the fact of lethality its the fact of the dmg if it hits someone directly. if you are a good player you can counter this and his q damage become "manageable" when he build full lethality. adc varus though when he lands that perfect ulti eats the entire enemy team or they all burn there flash getting away from this crazy bastard (pardon me but he is) but with full lethality you ult the entire enemy team line up the pefect q and baaa...... wait that only did like a 3rd of there health yes the first person takes insane dmg but whos in the front? oh yes that 400 armor malphite that even with lethality only take 500 dmg. and whats this? now that you spent that time casting the q that malphite is now no longer rooted, ults insue and you end up dead as a doornail. so for varus might i suggest maybe giving his w just a bit more dmg but less magic scaling. and maybe make his q just a little less damage on first hit but better penetration through units. thanks to whoever decided to read through this (especially you carl from accounting) and thank you for your wonderful peoples time!
