Becomes available after first drake is slain ( for both sides ) Gives 45 armor and 35% health regen However since the armor is heavy it will slow character down by 15% Total price 2250 G

Stronger version Greater Dragonscale Armor Becomes available after Elder Dragon has been slain ( for both sides ) uses Dragonscale armor as a crafting material and two kindlegems Gives 80 armor 55% Health regen however since armor is heavier slows character by 32% Total price 4500 G

These items would give decent armor at the cost of movement - Mobility or armor which is going to save your life as a tanky champion?

You made a worse version of currently existing armor items. If you were seriously interested in good item design, look first at what already exists. There's no reason to get this over Thornmail.

Also, the answer is mobility. Armor doesn't do anything against a mage's skillshots, and if you're perpetually slowed by 32%, you'll never get to a fight anyways.

This could be a decent item if it had this passive

Grounds any target that deals damage to you for 1 second

Meaning if a yasuo deals damage to you he can't dash for 1 second, or flash (don't know if grounded stops his ult)

This means a huge amount of this items power is for any mobility

Something like this would weren't the crappy stars at a 4.5k cost but the self slow would be toned down to 5/10%
