Passive: Work of Art

As Pablo lands abilities he paints enemy champions into Works of Art. After landing 3 abilities he creates a Work of Art (No Cooldown) which has different effects based on paints/colors used. Every 45 seconds(15 seconds - level 18 (1.76 seconds per level)) Pablo is given a free refill on paint and can recast the first ability used within 4 seconds (still costs Mana) Red Paint : Bonus magic damage 30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100/110/120/130/140/150/160/170/180/190/200 (+100% AP) Blue Paint : Slow 20% (4% - 100 AP) 1 seconds +1 second per stack Yellow Paint : 50+10% max Mana gain per stack Abilities leave paint trails behind for 3 seconds, when on paint Pablo has 20% increased movement speed

Q : Red

Cooldown : 13/12/11/10/9 seconds Range : 800 Mana Cost : 50/65/80/95/110 Pablo squirts a tube of Red paint that paints everything in front of him damaging all enemies splattering on first champion hit dealing (50/75/100/125/150(+100% AP)) magic damage, applies a stack of Red paint.

W : Blue

Cooldown : 13/12/11/10/9 seconds Range : 900 Mana Cost : 40/55/70/85/100 Pablo splashes an area with a bucket of Blue paint dealing (70/110/150/190/230(+65% AP)) magic damage and slowing targets(20% at all ranks) in the area for the duration of the paint, applies a stack of Blue paint.

E : Yellow

Cooldown : 13/12/11/10/9 Range : 0 Mana Cost : 90/110/130/150/170 Pablo coats his paint brush in yellow paint causing his next basic attack to deal (80/135/190/245/300(+40 AP)) bonus magic damage to the target, applying a stack of yellow paint and splattering yellow paint behind them.

R : The Painted Door

Cooldown : 240 seconds at all ranks Range : 150 Mana Cost : 200/300/400 Doors : (can hold 2 door charges at once(3 second channel time)) Pablo paints a masterpiece, A door that lets him travel to other masterpieces he has painted on the map. Pablo can have 2/3/4 doors up at a time.

I like the painter concept XD feel like you could do more with the idea in my opinion.

How about living paint? The world is his canvas, and his paint merely actors. (RIpped from a shakespear's quote)

Inspiration(Passive): As Pablo uses his abilities he become "inspired" allow his next artwork to gain bonus effects.

Abilities leave paint trails behind for 3 seconds, when on paint Pablo has decreased cooldown on that color ability.

His paint brush acts like a wand, able to enchant the paint he uses into various things and objects

Inspired meter(mechanic): As Pablo casts his abilities he gain stacks of "Inspiration" 1 for each spell her has cast. After 5 stacks, he becomes "inspired", his next ability can be cast for free and will have additional effect. Red Paint : Bonus magic damage 30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100/110/120/130/140/150/160/170/180/190/200 (+100% AP) Blue Paint : Slow 20% (4% - 100 AP) 1 seconds +1 second per stack Yellow Paint : 50+10% max Mana gain per stack Abilities leave paint trails behind for 3 seconds, when on paint Pablo has 20% increased movement speed

Auto-attack: Pablo attacks with his living paint, he draws an arrow? or bird? that fly's towards the enemies.

Blood Red paint(Q): Pablo uses his Blood Red paint, and paints "Pantheon", his painting comes to life after 3 seconds and damages enemies in front of him. Damaged enemies leave behind a blob of red paint. picking it up will lower the ability cooldown.

Nightime Blue paint: Pablo uses his nightime blue paint, and paints a wave, his painting comes to life after 3 seconds and dealing (70/110/150/190/230(+65% AP)) magic damage and slowing targets(20% at all ranks) in the area for the duration of the paint,Damaged enemies leave behind a blob of blue paint. picking it up will lower the ability cooldown.

Medallion yellow paint(E): Pablo uses his Medallion yellow paint, and paints a golden orb, causing his next basic attack to deal (80/135/190/245/300(+40 AP)) bonus magic damage to the target, Damaged enemies leave behind a blob of yellow paint. picking it up will lower the ability cooldown.

Changed R to match with his theme: Masterpiece(R): Pablo prepares to paint, After a few seconds he paints a grand and powerful masterpiece. Pablo channels for 8 seconds, in this time his abilities change into: Q)Add blood red = summon a creature W)Add Nightime Blue = a ranged attack/projectile E) Add medallion Yellow = support/defensive ability Picking and Combining a combination of these 3 colors will result in a unique and powerful art work.

RED + RED + RED = summon a red high AD monster (like Angry Gnar), lasts 10 seconds or when slain. RED + RED + BLUE = summon a purple monster (like nunu) with slow attacks, lasts 10 seconds or when slain RED + RED + YELLOW = Summon a Yellow monster (like malphite) with High HP, lasts 10 seconds or when slain

BLUE + BLUE + BLUE = Creates a tidal wave thats damages and pushes enemies back BLUE + BLUE + RED = Creates a poison puddle in an area, slowing and applying DOT effects, lasts 6 seconds BLUE + BLUE + YELLOW = Creates a healing wave to heal target champion, champions touched by the wave will receive minor healing.

YELLOW + YELLOW + YELLOW = Creates a shield on self or ally, lasts 8 seconds or when shield limit reached YELLOW + YELLOW + RED = Creates a mini solar flare, blinding enemies in a straight line (lux ultimate size)) YELLOW + YELLOW + BLUE = Creates an Oasis/mini fountain, healing HP and Mana to a cap, lasts 8 seconds or depleting.

RED + BLUE + YELLOW = Pablo fails to create a worthy masterpiece, demoralized, he is silenced for 4 seconds.
