Arcade Sona auras effects missing?

I bought Arcade Sona on sale on Tuesday and I immediately noticed it was visually bugged. I was wondering why in the skin spotlight the aura range indicators (the circle) have their proper 'arcade' effects (the tiny pixel rectangles that you can see in the autoattacks too) while in the live version no effect is displayed in the aura (the big blue-green-purple circle) around Sona. I'm sure it's a bug. You feel like playing Classic Sona with another model... Which shouldn't be, I guess?

However, if I play with other people, they can see the proper effects. But it's not a problem of my computer because I logged in from a friend's pc, and the problem persists. I play on EUW but I think the problem is general.

Without the pixel rectangles it really feels like something's missing.

I attached three screenshots to display her Q, her W and her E. The ult is fine.

Can you guys also fix her model so it's not 2x smaller than every other Sona model?

I haven't even TRIED to use Sona since the VU because you guys ruined my skin, won't refund it, and the default model literally looks better than the arcade skin I paid for.

While we have your attention on Sona, EVERY TIME I play a game with a Sona, there is a delay when she first acts. At least, I think it's when she first acts. Usually when she uses an ability on an enemy or something, the game will skip a few frames for everyone in the game. It's happened often enough to me to pinpoint the issue is with Sona.

While we have your attention on Sona, EVERY TIME I play a game with a Sona, there is a delay when she first acts. At least, I think it's when she first acts. Usually when she uses an ability on an enemy or something, the game will skip a few frames for everyone in the game. It's happened often enough to me to pinpoint the issue is with Sona.

It's something we're looking into!

Out of genuine curiosity, how does this keep happening? This is far from the first time this problem has happened.

I have seen other posts about this so I don't think you're alone. I just picked her up yesterday, so I'll let you know if I experience this or not. - haven't played with her yet.

It's a bug.

The Arcade effect shows on the Q aura but it seems a lot more faint than usual. The aura circle, W and E use classic Sona effects.

I also wish they could add 8 bit sound effects for aura tagging instead of using default sounds.

When it's fixed, it will be fixed on all regions, yes.
