[CLIENT?] Arcade Sona bugged

I'm not sure if 'client' is the right tag.. Maybe gameplay would have been more appropriate. But anyway...

I bought Arcade Sona on sale on Tuesday and I immediately noticed it was** visually bugged**. I was wondering why in the skin spotlight the aura range indicators (the circle) have their proper 'arcade' effects (the tiny pixel rectangles that you can see in the autoattacks too) while in the live version no effect is displayed in the aura (the big blue-green-purple circle) around Sona. I'm sure it's a bug. You feel like playing Classic Sona with another model... Which shouldn't be, I guess?

However, if I play with other people, they can see the proper effects. But it's not a problem of my computer because I logged in from a friend's pc, and the problem persists. I play on EUW but I think the problem is general.

Without the pixel rectangles it really feels like something's missing.

I attached three screenshots to display her Q, her W and her E. The ult is fine.

i also have the problem. I have it on max graphics (bought her on sale recently), in the auras is just plain there is no arcade effects. Also i tried repair... still didnt change anything. And to others is visible (i guess the visual gaming code when you play the champion is different than when you see the champion. It has different visual codes) my friend told me that he saw arcade sona and she was fine.

This bug occurred for me too, I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed. I made a post about it but it got no recognition.

Essentially when you play Arcade Sona, you cannot see the pixel sparkles on her aura circle indicator. If someone else plays it, you can still see it. I was playing with my friend who also had Arcade Sona and he and I both noticed this.

There's nothing you can do about it.

Experiencing same issue. All pixels on Aura are not present (EUW)

1st what type of resolution are you playing at 4:3?, 2nd one screenshot you have 14 fps, 3rd i suggest not worrying about affects if you cant even play at decent graphics or resolution since they look like crap anyway

I play in EUW too, and I have this same problem. It's exactly the same thing showing in your screenshots. I know it's as bad as not being able to play LoL, but I paid money for this skin and I'd like to enjoy it when I play a match.

Mmm it looks normal to me, like in your screen 11, that's how it looks now after her rework. Her auras are no longer persistent so it goes away when it expires :<

Ah...well I just checked, yep it's gone :< Well this sucks.

Pretty sure this wasn't the case after her rework, so the recent patch?

(it's still on her q tho)

Did you try running a repair? Since others can see it you might just be missing a file.

It's a bug.

The Arcade effect shows on the Q aura but it seems a lot more faint than usual. The aura circle, W and E use classic Sona effects.

I also wish they could add 8 bit sound effects for aura tagging instead of using default sounds.
