Skin Refund System

Riot, Thank you so much for LoL. This is by far my favorite game and I believe always will be! Players have LOVED the free loot system, but some things that are updated can make people frustrated. I do not agree with everything being done, what what can I say? Its still the best game ever. Lets get to the point.

What happens when we have skins we do not like or are outdated? Let me bring in a Prime example of what I am talking about, Lets say I bought Eternum Nocturne(which I did and Love). Legendary skin, so awesome. Then what if Riot remade the champion, updated the abilities of the champion and like Warwick recently updated his kit and skins.. What if the NEW skin update I do not like as much? What is to be done. I owned a skin that I bought because I liked it. If that changes, this is simply unfair. So the point of this message is some way shape or form of a refund/trade/loot system to mix in with this. Options I thought of: 1 Refund 50% or even 25% of original RP cost 2 Give us some sort of loot for the change(maybe for legendary like 3 chest and keys?) 3 Make a Trading System with players(which EVERYONE is so ecstatic about and has been shut down previously)

Also along the same lines let us say I was gifted a champion skin I would never use, or simply do not like, we should be able to permanently delete the skin for maybe if IP i guess? Id never use it but even a small compensation like IP would be fine.

Also another example, lets say just now, Cosmic Master Yi came out... I would hands down trade the 2 skins I own now(chosen, headhunter). I love Cosmic and dark stuff hence Eternum Nocturne and lots of void skins and dark start are all great for me. Please let me know if Riot has at least considered this in depth, I understand if it does truly get shut down but, rethink this over. Thank you for your time.

You get three refund tokens and that is it. Riot has said that the content you are buying is meant to be permanent. They have and will continue to consider more refund tokens, but thus far they have no plans to increase them last I checked.

As far as I am concerned I think this is the most important topic to get business settled with. I provided an Easy fix with a reasonable solution. Riot your Cheating your customers, losing many thousands of players simply because you steal from them of Real money. I bought skins because I love the way they look and feel during the game. I get it, if i buy something i keep it, unless YOU change what I bought. Then I should get something for it.

May I ask why nobody dares comment on such an important issue? This has nothing to do with tokens. They only apply within 90 days if I'm correct of the purchase anyway. That wont work for Warwick. I've bought some of his skins but since the rework, 1 i dont even like the champion, and 2 its been Long past 90 days for your 'tokens' of refund. So what now im stuck spending hundreds that goes to waste because of Riots decisions?

Riot unless you reply I feel you have no mercy, nor care, or heart about any player in this game. Why are you even working? What is your purpose at work, I dont know if your modo is 'Screw People Over' but if it is you need to make it public.
