BRAND NEEDS ANOTHER GOOD SKIN- ARCADE BRAND

I did not make this! This Arcade Brand was made by ind. There's not enough Bosses in the Arcade theme so why not brand amirite? :D. Instead of pixels it should be a mixture of liquid pinkish-greenish-blue that changes color in that order while he ults. I have no idea for the rest of his abilities .... :P
