Halloween Event

So Halloween is very close, but judging by the fact that worlds ends on Nov.12th I think there is a possibility that there won't be a Halloween event this year...what do you guys think?

There won't be a Halloween Event per say. Like last year it was connected to the Worlds event but this year the content will be released during Worlds it just won't really have anything special tied too it. All the skins, borders, ect are just direct purchases from the store.
