Champion rework: Nocturne

So, this is a suggestion for Nocturne rework. He needs rework because he is not an assassin nor fighter... so he can't do much in teamfights, similar to Teemo. But Teemo has shrooms and blind, and Nocturne has bad TF mechanics.

Nocturne, the Eternal Nightmare Passive: Eternal Nightmare First component: No Place to Hide Nocturne reveals enemy champions within 400 to 4000 distance, based on their current HP%. Revealed enemies leave a path to them, and while Nocturne is on the path his movespeed is caped at 700. The movespeed also lasts 1.5 seconds after Nocturne leaves the path. Additionally, when he passes an enemy champion on the trail he deals 20-360 psychical damage, scaling by level. This can attack a champion 1 time in 15 seconds. To add some counterplay, path can be cancelled if enemy dashes/blinks/jumps etc over a wall, becomes untargetable or get's affected by summoner Heal, Cleanse or quicksilver buff. Silencing Nocturne also disables use of path 3x silence duration, same for stun.

Second component: Bodyless Nocturne can move through units, and gains bonus 2-36 armor penetration scaling by level and takes 4-72 reduced psychical damage from AA's and abilities, scaling by level. This passive reduction is half as effective if Nocturne is attacked by enemies that have less than 60 AD.

So, the passive gives him huge mobility and gr8 dueling power.

Nocturne can not be affected by Cleanse.

Q: Quickslash/Shadow dash

Quickslash: Nocturne slashes nearby enemies, dealing 30/60/90/120/150(+100% total AD) Psychical damage and healing himself for 20/40/60/80/100 Health. Cooldown: 6 seconds at all ranks. Range: 200 Additionally, Nocturne gains additional 2/4/6/8/10% attack speed for 10 seconds, stacking up to 6 times. When Nocturne gets 6 stacks, he also gains 10/20/30/40/50 attack damage for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds, and ability to cast his W, Shatterer form.

Shadow dash: Throws a bolt at target enemy within 600 range, dealing 20/40/60/80/100(+50/55/60/65/70%total AD) psychical damage. Then, similar to Kalista, he teleports to target direction within 300 range and stealths for 1 second. If Nocturne is surrounded by more than three enemies, basic attacks won't cancel stealth. Cooldown: 4 seconds at all ranks

W: When Nocturne has 6 Quicklash stacks, he can cast Shatterer form. Nocturne gains 500 range(base is 125). Additionally, Noc gains an effect that steals 6/9/12/15/18% movespeed when he attacks an enemy, but his basic attacks only deal 50/55/60/65/70% psychical damage. This ability has no cooldown and Noc can return to normal form whenever he wants, but he will loose his Quicklash stacks when he does so. No Place To Hide isn't effective in this form.

E: Dark trickery/Shatter

Dark trickery: Nocturne will take 150% damage from the next offensive ability, but will then increase his MR and armor by 15/30/45/60/75, increase passive armor pen by 30/60/90/100/110%. If he has more than 80% HP, he will take 200% damage, that's why this ability is best used when Noc is mid-hp. Cooldown: 20 seconds at all ranks

Shatter: Nocturne's attacks in shatterer form mark enemies. When actiaved, all nearby enemies take 3/5/7/9/11% of their max hp as psychical damage and have 10/12/14/16/18% reduced armor. Same cooldown as in normal form.

R: Paranoia

Normal form: Gains 4 stacks of Fear strikes. Fear strike deals 50/80/110(+20% AD) to target location within 400 range, teleports Noc there and reduces vision radius of enemies affected, slowing them by 20% when they are inside. Lasts for 8 seconds. Cooldown of Fear strikes is 0.7 seconds, while Nocturne is stunned. Ability has a width of Annie's ultimate. Fear strikes against same target deal 15% less damage than previous one.

Shatterer form: Gets untargetable for 2.5 seconds. When he quits untargetability,nearby enemie take 100/200/300(+50%AD) psychical damage and Nocturne gains 10/20/30% bonus psychical damage to his Shatterer form attacks for 3/4/5 seconds.

Base attack damage: 54, scaling: 4 damage per level. Health: 528, scaling: 63 per level Armor: 20, scaling: 2.4 per level MR=same as armor Movement speed: 325

Recommended S. spells: summoner 12 and summoner 3 , change exhaust for {{summoner:11} if jungling

Pros: Great duelist Great splitpusher Great mobility Good sustain with Q/lifesteal Good teamfighter Decent map presence Great kill potential Rewarding for proper play

Cons: Hard to play Bad CC Extremely vulnerable to CC and silence Really weak early game Crushed in lane by most ranged champions

His passive makes him both impossible to duel and impossible to escape. That's such a huge problem right there that I'm not even sure I need to look further.

1000 movement speed is insane. It's more than a ghosting Powerball Rammus. And you get this as long as someone is sufficiently injured within a very long range.

As much as I feel like Nocturne needs a little more mobility, this seems like way too much. I'd rather just see a short dash or blink implemented in his kit somehow so that he isn't quite so predictable when his ult is down.

I think if you kept just the first part of your passive (probably at a reduced range) and combine his current passive with a dash on Q, you'd be better off. I don't think he needs the extra damage skill when Statikk Shiv + Umbra Blades already provides such a huge chunk of burst damage.

The second part of this new passive is just a better Fizz passive.

Passive is nerfed, and the rest of his kit may seem OP but if u would try playing it u would see its hard because he has no actual cc and can be defeated by CC.
