Arcade Ryze?

Just reposting my thoughts of, an arcade ryze because Im not sure if my original post showed up on the arcade creations round up.. But Indeed everyone was raving over an arcade yorick. Yes he needs a new skin, but maybe rework also.. Ryze on the other hand has been impacting all through the LCS, people first picking ryze left and right. With the only lane that doesn't have an arcade skin I think ryze would be perfect. He doesn't have many non legacy skins and hasn't had any recent skins. Ryze Q (Overload) = Could be similar to Veigar Q (Or Mario/Luigi Fireball) Ryze W (Rune Prison) = Could just be a an 8 bit jail cell. (Or stuck in a Koopa shell) Ryze E (Spell Flux) = No Idea.. (Maybe something to do with coins or goomba's.) Ryze R (Desperate Power) = Could drastically change colors (As if he ate a fire flower) Or Just give him the little rampant speed boost arrow like arcade Sona.

Im open to Idea's just mainly stuck on the juge impact from ryze, and not many attractive skins. 8)
