Skin concept: Debonair Jhin [AKA Eddie Gluskin/Chancellor Autopsy]

So i thought about it and this is the best description in title i can come up with in the way i see how this skin will come to be and look closest to.
Chancellor Autopsy is a classy and hilarious comedic character on DA made up with no rhyme or reason that looks vaguely like Jhin's now existing High Noon skin. Then there is the famous character from Outlast 2: Whistleblower that terrified everybody, and whisked some people (Like me..) away. Mr. Eddie Gluskin. Y'know.. If you've played and or seen someone play the game, he was the guy that said "'Darling!" like every 20 secs and chased you into a locker corner, stole you away and strapped you to a table and then proceeded to attempt to cut your dick off in hopes to finally have the imaginary wife he always dreamed of finally having. Being trapped there, he had simply made the decision he would make his own. Honestly, i pitied him.. But i'm sure he thought differently once he remember you were the one from the start of the game that could have saved him from being shoved into a tube and get experiment on and basically tortured to the brink of death. He was the guy banging on the glass window begging for help after you pressed a few buttons on a computer and was started half to death by his appearance. Most people end up never recognizing him when you finally see him later in the game, all scared and bloodied by some horrid turn of events that god only knows what happened.. And on that note, you will forever remember his dapper look. All ready for his delusional wedding day that will never come. All the more reason to feel bad, and hate him for his motives in piratically killing you.
But he was charming, no less.

Overall, i'd simply like to combine the 2 characters and make it the sole concept of this skin. Eddie is what i'd assume Jhin looks most like under the mask, and his current look would be great for his concepts attire. And i would REALLLY like it if he kept the googles he's wearing in his high noon skin to obscure his face, but i don't mind him keeping the mask if riot decides against it. Mr. Autopsy's line of fashion is also a great way to go about what i mean by his debonair looks. It fits nicely with the way we all want his face to be obscured in some formal way and fashion.
I hope just a little of the repetitive way I've wrote this made some sense to anybody and somebody who was willing to read this small article on the concept.
